A very unique setting on a secluded beach on Chamela Bay, Jalisco , Mexico. Located about 2 1/2 hours south of Puerto Vallarta, is a little hidden paradise just 8 minutes from the beach town of Punta Perula,and 10 minutes from the international resort areas , Careyes, and Cuixmala, there is privacy and activities if you want. It is ideal for one person or a couple. The house is three levels. The downstairs has a small kitchenette, dining area, and sitting area. The second loft area has a queen bed, with dressers and an ocean view. The third floor has a 360 degree view. There are three other houses, both occupied by quiet nice families, including my gardener. The one house in front is empty most of the time but it is rented our occasionally. Chamela Bay is a very large bay and this is located at the far south end , whereas Punta Perula is at the far north end , with not much in between, a few villas and a few beach homes. It is an ideal location for paddleboarding, sea kayaking, and some beginning long wave riding surfing at the beach area far right.
There are two bathroom areas, one is attached to the outside shower. This has the two closets for hanging up clothes, dressing, and a sink. The main toilet is in another little building , which also has a sink. There is wifi and a close cell tower.
2000 US dollars a month , includes utilities , except , refills of propane. We are preferring monthly rentals . Please contact me for more info .
